
Emails are synced with TB, can see them sent in the Inbox, of course, but even the Sent folder after sending from the browser. Everything seems to sync fine when I have the browser or the MS Mail opened up. Have checked multiple times the IMAP settings in the O365 sync mail section (although both POP and IMAP are greyed out). Have even deleted the AOL passwords out of TB, restarted, etc. Deleted the passwords in TB and closed it out, changed the passwords (twice), turned off virus protection (disabled scan outgoing smtp), tried entering it manually, tried using the name with nothing after changing ports, etc. Have tried using the POP instead of IMAP.

Been using Thunderbird here at work for three years with our business AOL email address and have no issues with it. Thunderbird 68.9.0 (32-bit) (Downloaded the 64 bit, but TB keeps opening up with the 32 bit). Have tried everything I could find be it in the GoDaddy forums, the Microsoft forums, and here. OneNote was a bit more tricky in that you had to use the export / import feature to migrate that content for each workbook they had created. I informed the end users of the new domain and they had to login and sync down the OneDrive data using the that new login then copy and paste it over to the new OneDrive folder in the new tenant. This was why I spent the time changing the primary domain in GoDaddy so they kept the old tenant live. Some end users had OneDrive and OneNote data that had to be manually migrated. After that things settled back in and users were back to work. The other mountain was SharePoint Permissions had to be reapplied to each site, not a big deal but again proved to be a challenge that lasted a week. This step proved to be a pretty big mountain to climb.

This proceeded without errors so I was good and now we waited until morning to start the triage of getting the end users Outlook reset (Deployment Pro was not an option because they used Mac's) and helping end users get the password reset options set in the new tenant like cell phone for SMS code and alternate email address. Now I started the final sync in MigrationWiz for the mailbox and started another sync in ShareGate to collect the other stuff in the mailboxes like contacts, calendar, notes, etc.
